Exploring how light regulates plant growth & development

About us

We are plant scientists broadly interested in how green organisms regulate their growth, development, metabolism and physiology in response to light. We study a diverse set of model systems including plants, algae & cyanobacteria and primarily use the tools of molecular biology, biochemistry, cell biology and genetics.

We are also human beings interested in doing our work as part of a diverse, inclusive, respectful and enthusiastic team. We believe that science should be open and accessible to all. We are committed to pushing the scientific community to better reflect our global society. We are also committed to public outreach, open access and publishing preprints & public reviews.
