Fernanda is from Lima, Peru and is an undergrad at IU majoring in Biotechnology (with a minor in Molecular Life Sciences) expecting to graduate in May 2029. After graduating, she hopes to get into business development in the biotech/healthcare industry. Scientifically, she is interested in plant-based therapeutics, oncology and biotech innovation and outside of the lab she enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with friends.
