Duyên is from Ba Ria – Vung Tau, Vietnam. She graduated from DePauw University in 2025 with a BA in Biochemistry. She joined the Calderon Lab as a Ph.D. student in IU’s Biochemistry Graduate Program. Starting her journey in studying the plant system, she hopes to explore protein-protein interactions in plant development using green science.
Aside from academics, Duyên enjoys consuming and engaging with art and media.
